Pool Weekly Full Service $70.00 per visit + tax + chemicals: Once a week we vacuum, skim and brush the pool as needed, empty skimmer(s) and pump baskets), empty floor cleaner/robot debris bag, inspect and monitor settings and pressures of all equipment and exposed plumbing, backwash the filter as needed, test and balance the chemicals. You will also receive a detailed electronic report after each visit that provides chemistry values, chemical additions, notes and pictures.
Pool Bi-Weekly Full Service $90.00 per visit + tax + chemicals: Our weekly service is performed every other week. Customers are responsible for maintaining chemical levels on our off-week and Travis' Clean Pool Service cannot be held responsible for the water clarity but will make every effort to keep your pool beautiful and safe. If we deem weekly service is necessary, we will make that recommendation. Excess chemicals may be necessary if the pool chemistry is not maintained weekly. If follow-up visits are necessary, they will be billed at our regular rate.
Pool Weekly Chemistry and Basket Service $45.00 per visit + tax + chemicals: This is the ideal package for the homeowner who wants to handle the cleaning but wants us to handle the chemistry and keep a professional eye on everything. Once a week we empty skimmer(s) and pump baskets), empty floor cleaner/robot debris bag, inspect and monitor settings and pressures of all equipment and exposed plumbing, backwash the filter as needed, test and balance the chemicals. We highly recommend this package only if you have a floor cleaner as we will not remove any debris. You will also receive a detailed electronic report after each visit that provides chemistry values, chemical additions, notes and pictures.
Pool Bi-Weekly Chemistry and Basket Service $60 per visit + tax + chemicals: Our weekly chemistry and basket service is performed every other week. Customers are responsible for maintaining chemical levels on our off-week and Travis' Clean Pool Service cannot be held responsible for the water clarity but will make every effort to keep your pool beautiful. If we deem weekly service necessary, we will make that recommendation. Excess chemicals may be necessary if the pool chemistry is not maintained weekly. If follow-up visits are necessary, they will be billed at our regular rate.
Service Call $125.00 for the first hour and $62.50 per each additional ½ hour (1 hour minimum). Parts are not included. We will call for authorization only if the necessary parts are over $100.00. More than one visit may be needed to complete the repair.
Services will be performed rain or shine provided conditions are safe (ie. lightning, hail, excessive wind). Repairs will be billed at the rate of $125.00 up to one hour and $62.50 for each additional ½ hour of service. All jobs will be considered satisfactory unless Travis Clean Pool Service is notified in writing within 3 days of service. Prices are for Bryan, Chatham, Liberty and Effingham counties only. Other counties will be charged a 575 trip charge for each visit. We cannot be held responsible for damage to liners that are five or more years old. A 5% monthly late fee will be charged to all accounts delinquent 30 days. Any court or collection fees become the responsibility of the homeowner. Credit Card information is mandatory. Your card will be charged once service is complete for service calls/repairs and three days after recurring services are performed. We will not perform any services. without a valid credit card and a signed credit card authorization form, You will be charged a $75.00(or 50% of your service plan) trip fee if you cancel your scheduled service on site. We cannot complete our service without full access to your pool/spa and equipment. If we do not have full access, you will be charged a $75(or 50% of your service plan) trip fee for the attempted service. Chemical prices can fluctuate based on the supply chain.
Due to liability, Travis' Clean Pool Service will not install any equipment that was not purchased directly from us.
