Credit Card Authorization
At Travis’ Clean Pool Service, we’re committed to providing you with the best service experience possible. To ensure a seamless payment process and maintain the quality of our services, we require you to complete a credit card authorization form that will stay on file for any credit card you want to pay with for our services.
Why Is Credit Card Authorization Required?
To adhere to our company policy and offer you the most efficient service, we require a valid credit card authorization on file before dispatching our technicians to your location.
Payment has to be made at the time of service. You can pay via cash, MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, or check.
Important Points to Note
Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled without at least a 24 business hours notice will incur a fee of $75. This cancellation fee will be billed to the credit card on file.
Incomplete Appointments: If our technician arrives at your property but cannot complete the service due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., inability to access the property, forgotten appointment, frozen pool, pool already serviced, etc.), a cancellation fee of $75 will apply. This fee will be billed to the credit card on file.
Revoking Credit Card Authorization: Should you wish to revoke a credit card authorization, you must submit a written request to travis@traviscleanpoolservice.com. Please note that you must complete all scheduled and pending payments before revoking a credit card authorization.
